I am a qualified developmental educator who has worked in the disability sector for over 25 years. During my career, I have obtained a graduate diploma in business administration in addition to a graduate certificate in family dispute resolution.

Currently, I develop systems based on the restrictive practice and behaviour support framework for those living with a disability. These systems then are imparted to my team of Practitioners that I oversee to ensure consistency and quality for all of the people we work for.

In addition to the oversight of our team, I also develop functional behaviour support plans, functional behaviour assessments and data gathering assessments to develop PBS
